For each product, you can set a minimum quantity that can be added to the cart. If a customer tries to add less than the specified amount, a notification will appear informing them of the restriction

По умолчанию договор заключается бессрочно. Но при желании можем указать любой период с правом пролонгации
Можно ли изменять свой тариф в процессе пользования платформой?

Вы можете менять свой тариф в процессе использования платформы. В сторону увеличения суммы оплаты без никаких ограничений

Но если вы захотите перейти с тарифа Премиальный на тарифы Оптимальный или Базовый, то необходимо будет об этом уведомить заранее, за 2 месяца до перехода

Есть ли тестовая среда для пилотного запуска и перехода в продуктив?
Да. Но только при выборе тарифа Оптимальный и Премиальный
Как часто выполняется синхронизация данных с 1С
Синхронизация выполняется по заданному расписанию. Есть 2 типа - полная и только по изменениям. Можно настроить на любой период, чтоб например каждые 2 часа выполнялось или раз в сутки. Также можно настроить чтобы раз в сутки полная синхронизация, а каждые 5 минут изменения по заказам остаткам и т.д.
Как настраивается каталог номенклатуры (категории, характеристики, типы цен)?
Стандартно настройка каталога настраивается на стороне 1С. Можно гибко настроить выгружаемые категории, характеристики и выгружаемые типы цен. В случае сложных сценариев выгрузки возможны доработки как на стороне платформы так и на стороне 1С
Как настраивается механизм резервов (автоматическое/ручное, синхронизация, снятие резервов)?
На платформе можно настроить резервирование при оформлении заказа, при частичной оплате заказа, при полной оплате заказа, при разрешении доставки, при отгрузке, дополнительно остатки обновляются импортом номенклатуры из 1С
Как осуществляется связь с базой 1С (веб-сервисы, файлы XML/JSON/XLS, шины данных, требуется ли доработка)?
Обмен с базой осуществляется стандартным протоколом 1с CommerceML с помощью пакетной выгрузки xml файлов
